Most of the busi­ness forms can file no­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons elec­tron­i­cal­ly.

No­ti­fica­tions and ap­plica­tions must be fi­led on­li­ne with the Fin­nish Tra­de Re­gis­ter

From 2026, com­pa­nies must sub­mit de­tails to the Fin­nish Tra­de Reg­is­ter elec­tron­i­cal­ly. This does not ap­ply to pri­vate traders.

Did you re­cei­ve a let­ter about late fi­nan­cial sta­te­ments?

File the fi­nan­cial sta­te­ments im­me­di­ate­ly us­ing our ser­vice at ytj.fi. The PRH im­po­ses a fee for late sub­mis­sion if lim­ited li­a­bil­ity com­pa­nies and co-op­er­a­ti­ves do not sub­mit their fi­nan­cial sta­te­ments to the Tra­de Reg­is­ter wit­hin eight mont­hs of the end of each fi­nan­cial pe­riod. The amount of the fee de­pends on the length of the de­lay.

Attorneys can now sign online

Attorneys can now sign some notifications filed with the Finnish Trade Register without needing a separate authorisation in the ytj.fi filing service. This facilitates the filing of notifications when the company uses a lawyer.
